If I could give a zero, I would. We requested light pink roses for a boutonniere and corsage for our son's Sr. Prom. We recieved salmon colored fully bloomed roses, even for the boutonniere. The petals were wilted, and the flowers were just not pretty. There were many other parents picking up orders as well for their children's prom, and the comparisons in quality were like night and day, and we all paid the same price. I asked for a discount, and was told they don't give discounts. They offered a refund, but we had to leave the flowers and they would dispose of them. This would have left the kids 3 hours before prom with no flowers. The "customer service rep" on duty was argumentative and apathetic.
If you don't mind spending $41.30 for 3 ugly full bloom wilted roses in a color not even close to what was discussed, then this is the place for you.
I for one will never use them again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and AG's Office.
