I found Year of Engineering 2018 to be an average experience. While the company provided interesting projects, I felt that there was a lack of guidance and mentorship. The events organized were informative but lacked interactivity. Nevertheless, it was still a decent opportunity to connect with other engineers and learn from their experiences.
