If a problem arises, expect phone calls to go unanswered from A Touch of Green Landscaping. The secretary is the owner's best advocate no wonder she keeps her job in the front office. Once I had an appointment with the owner and when I called the office to confirm the appointment, the secretary called back informing that Jim, the owner, is not coming to my home. Not to mention, this took place on the day of the expected appointment prompted by my phone call which I scheduled a month ago. The secretary explained that her replacement made the appointment while she was out on vacation. So in other words, the owner is reachable but not if she makes the appointment. When I asked to relay the problem of the sloping walkway to the owner, built by A Touch of Green, I did not hear back from this business.
