I had a mixed experience with Connectview, llc. Their customer service was excellent, but their product quality was average. I had to reach out to their customer support multiple times to resolve issues, and they were always prompt and helpful in their responses. However, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the product. It didn't meet my expectations, and I had to return it. Despite the product issues, I appreciated the efforts of their support team.
