I had a mixed experience with Shipley And Kirch. While their knowledge and expertise were commendable, the overall service fell short of my expectations. The communication could have been better, and there were delays in the project delivery. However, they made efforts to rectify the situation, which I appreciate. There is room for improvement, but I still consider them a reliable company.
