I have been a customer of ConnectPRO for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is generally helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered some technical issues and it took them quite a while to resolve them. Overall, I would rate ConnectPRO as an average company.
