This travel agency provided an average experience for my trip. The website was informative, but I found it a bit confusing to navigate. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. The overall tour package was good, but there were some areas for improvement. It would have been better if they offered more options for activities and sightseeing. In spite of these minor drawbacks, I still had a satisfactory trip.
