I stumbled upon East Philly Cafe INC while looking for a place to grab breakfast. I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. I had their waffles, and they were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The staff made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back for more!
