The products offered by UNIT are of average quality, and the customer service is mediocre at best. I have encountered a few issues with my orders, and the resolution process was not as smooth as I would have liked. While I have had a couple of positive experiences with this company, overall, I am not overly impressed. I will continue exploring other options.
