Super happy with my purchase from Impact Computers & Electronics. I wasn't sure what I needed as far as a new laptop screen was concerned, they directed to the correct one. Price was good, really good in fact, better than any I found on Ebay, or elsewhere. Shipping was fast, and the package arrived undamaged.
The customer service threw me off at first, because there was zero political correct mumbo-jumbo key words or phrases...(.like the one I loathe the most:... "let us reach out to you".) They were direct and to the point, and I had my answer quickly. Very, very pleased.
