I recently made a purchase from an online company. The overall experience was good. The website was easy to use and the products were of good quality. The delivery was prompt and packaging was secure. However, I did have a few issues with the customer support team. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my query. Apart from that, I am satisfied with my purchase.
