I recently made a purchase from an online store that I thought was New Life Shop, but it turned out to be a different company with a similar name. While I was initially disappointed, the customer service at this other company was absolutely outstanding. They resolved my issue quickly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Although I cannot speak directly to the customer service at New Life Shop, based on my experience with this other company, I can only assume that their customer service is equally exceptional. I hope to have the opportunity to shop with the real New Life Shop in the future.
