I admit I was skeptical at first. I am not as tech savvy as I should be so it can be intimidating and scary to learn a new system. Happily, my worries were unwarranted. The system was easy to learn and once we "taught" it, our orders were entered much faster which left time to complete other tasks. Searching for PO when a customer calls is quick and easy as well which is very helpful when trying to find out if the customer ordered the wrong product or we entered the order incorrectly. I like not having to keep so much paperwork in files; it's all right there in Esker. This has been especially helpful while working from home during COVID and not have access to files in the office. While mistakes still happen, if taught correctly Esker decreases these. The support staff is always quick to respond and very helpful. They also throw some fun into the day with daily "points" to be earned for fun rewards,
