I bought a leather reclining couch, love seat and two recliners and the electrical equipment inside of them cane protruding out the back it both the loveseat and couch AND a spring is protruding our the back of one of the recliners. EVEN WORSE the store hasn t resolved the issue and almost three months have past and we had to file a dispute. Over 5k of leather furniture that is literally falling apart. STAY CLEAR of this place. Having bad furniture was bad enough but their lack of a reasonable response is unexceptable.
UPDATE HW refuses to replace defective furniture and not replacing as stated below. Liars!!!
