The quality of Genfac plastics is average. While they offer a wide range of products, I find that the durability is not as good as some competitors. The customer service can be hit or miss, with some representatives being helpful and others not so much. Overall, it's an okay option if you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them.
