I have been a customer of Elpedison for several years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The website is easy to navigate and the billing process is straightforward. However, there have been a few occasions where I experienced power outages without any prior notice or explanation. Overall, I would rate Elpedison as an average electricity provider.
