I called to set up appointment to replace a very simple part ( 5 minutes tops) so they set me up for a 7am appointment. when I arrived at dealership and checked in I was told I would have to wait an hour because the technician didn t come into work till 8am- I ask why in the world was I scheduled for 7am? I dont schedule appointments ! Was the answer I got.
Very disrespectful of my time !!!!
