I recently purchased a new phone from Diamond Wireless and I must say, the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the selection of phones was limited. Overall, I would recommend Diamond Wireless if you're looking for a basic phone, but if you're in the market for something more advanced, you may want to check out other options.
