I recently visited Concepts salon & day spa and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and well-maintained. I received a haircut and style, and the stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service provided, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
