I recently had a wonderful session at Lifefit physiotherapy. The therapist was highly skilled and provided great care for my knee pain. The exercises they recommended were challenging but effective. The clinic has a calm ambiance and the staff is friendly. I left feeling much better and would definitely recommend Lifefit physiotherapy to others.
