I really had an average experience with the California Black Chamber Of Commerce. The services provided were just okay and nothing extraordinary. The website interface was not very user-friendly and it took me some time to find the information I needed. The customer support was average, they were helpful but not very proactive. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
