The experience with Loss Realty Group was average. I found their website helpful in searching for properties, but their customer service was lacking. The agent I worked with was not very responsive and did not seem very knowledgeable about the properties I was interested in. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider looking elsewhere for my real estate needs.
