As a customer of Atax franchise, inc., I must say that their service has been average at best. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and unprofessional. However, they were able to solve my tax issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend Atax for their efficiency, but improvements in professionalism are needed.
