As a long-time resident of the area, I have interacted with Stellenbosch municipality on multiple occasions. While their services are generally satisfactory, there is room for improvement. The website is informative and easy to navigate, but I have found the customer support to be lacking at times. It would be great if they could streamline their processes and provide more efficient assistance to residents. Overall, I would rate Stellenbosch municipality as good.
