I recently had an experience with Kings Clinic and it was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was friendly but seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed. It took a while to get my appointment scheduled and there was a mix-up with the time when I arrived. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, but the waiting area was crowded and there was little privacy. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and professional, but the consultation felt rushed and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. Overall, my experience with Kings Clinic was not exceptional, but not terrible either. I would consider trying another clinic next time though.
