I've made two visits here in the past month, both with the intention of purchasing some ballroom shoes. The first time an order was placed as they didn't have my size. After not hearing back from them for three weeks I called the store inquiring on my order. I was told it was never placed. I decided to give them another chance and popped in to resize and try again. Everything going smoothly until I was told that this time I'd need to pay for the shoes before they could order them. This wasn't the case the first time and now I have to pay for the shoes ahead of time after what just transpired with my first order? I don't think so.

Twice in, no sale. Would've given zero stars but for all that, the two sales associates who assisted me were both pleasant and helpful. Especially the cute girl who helped me the first time. But unfortunately I won't be back.
