I recently used this accounting firm's services and overall I found them to be quite average. Their website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, which earned them a 👍. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with their customer service. I felt like they lacked a personal touch and weren't very responsive to my inquiries. It would have been nice to receive updates on the progress of my project as well. On the positive side, their pricing was fair and competitive, so no complaints there. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Although they got the job done, I can't say that I was blown away by their expertise.
