Beautiful scenery. Nice beds. Decent food. Mediocre substance abuse program. Horrible mental health support. Questionable billing practices.

They are not equipped to be a dual-diagnosis treatment center. I was here in 2017, maybe it has changed since then. If you have addiction/alcoholism without any mental health issues, this might be a good place. But anything past mild mental health problems Harmony is inept at handling. They left me high and dry in a time when I needed help and referred me to a higher level of care because I was having suicidal thoughts and was going to engage in self harm. However, all the referrals they gave me were actually to LOWER levels of care than them. If they had referred me to a psych ward, it at least would have made logical sense, but their actions just show their ineptitude with helping people with severe depression.

Also, I went here 10 years apart. Their program was exactly the same which leads me to believe their program directors are lazy and not concerned with growing and bettering the program (except for building a bunch more buildings). Finally, their program is exorbitantly expensive for a NONPROFIT organization. I spent 24,000 a month for self pay in 2017. I'm sure that's increased by now. I came back to Harmony after 10 years because I had a good experience the first time. If I ever needed help again, Harmony would be the LAST place I would go. Wish I could give 0 stars.
