I recently purchased a few items from moda.partners, and I must say I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the website is visually appealing and easy to navigate. The range of products available is impressive as well. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. Although I received my order on time, I encountered an issue with one of the items, and the communication to resolve the issue was slow and not very satisfying. The quality of the products is decent, but some items seemed overpriced for what they are. Overall, it's an average experience – not exceptional but not terrible either. I'll likely consider giving this company another shot in the future, hoping for some improvement. 🛍️
