I recently worked with a company that specializes in helping small businesses access government loans. While I appreciated their efforts to guide me through the process, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. The website was informative, but I encountered some technical issues when trying to access certain resources. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was slower than I would have liked. However, I do recognize the company's commitment to supporting small businesses, and I did ultimately receive the assistance I needed. With some improvements in their communication and website functionality, I believe this company could provide an even better experience for their clients.
