I recently opened an account with this bank and their website left a lot to be desired. 🤔 It was not user-friendly and I had trouble finding the information I needed. The layout was confusing and the navigation was not intuitive. The lack of clear instructions made it frustrating to use. On the plus side, I did appreciate the variety of financial products they offer, and the customer service was friendly and helpful when I called for assistance. Hopefully they can improve their website to be more user-friendly and easily accessible. Overall, my experience was average. 😐
