I recently used their services and found the experience to be fairly mediocre. While the website was user-friendly and informative, the actual testing process was a bit slow and the results were not as detailed as I had hoped. The customer service was satisfactory, but I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected more value for the cost. Overall, it was an average experience - not terrible, but not outstanding. I appreciate their efforts but believe there is room for improvement. 😐
