John McBrains is an ok company. Their website needs improvement. The navigation is confusing and it's hard to find what you're looking for. The customer service could use some work too. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide much help. Overall, I wouldn't say they're terrible, but there are definitely better options out there.
