I recently worked with a design firm to create plans for my new home. The team at this firm was knowledgeable and was able to bring my vision to life. The designs they provided were well thought out and detailed, addressing all of my requirements. However, the communication was a bit lacking, and I often found it difficult to get in touch with the team when I had questions or concerns. The overall design process took longer than anticipated, and I felt that there could have been improved efficiency in the project management aspect. The end result was satisfactory, but I believe the experience could have been better with more proactive communication and improved project timelines.
