THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I have a BK on my report and if you look at any credit websites, that can account for a 150 to 200 point drop. In four months they removed 13 minor items that actually LOWERED MY SCORE!!! I started with a 580 and am now a 532 on Experian. They only hope that the creditors don't respond to their letters, but in todays electronic age they always do.

"Please know, Lexington cannot guarantee and you are not paying for a particular credit report outcome or result; you are paying only for Lexington s efforts on your behalf. The Bureaus or creditors may not respond to initial or subsequent Communications and ultimately may decide not to remove items from your consumer credit files despite Lexington s efforts. However, we genuinely care about our clients and want to do our best to help you realize your credit potential. We will remain persistent in challenging the negative items appearing on your credit reports."

Look online for letters that you can use to dispute your items. I'm sure that the creditors know these guys and toss theirs in the trash can. Take your wife to dinner with the money you save from this scam. Also read some of the positive reviews, they sound like they work for the company.
