I have been a customer of Tomcat INC for several years now, and I must say that their service is simply average. There is nothing exceptional about it, but they get the job done. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to find the equipment I need. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication when it comes to delivery updates. Overall, I would rate Tomcat INC as an average company.
