Horrible Service: The shuttle was 40 minutes late ...

Horrible Service: The shuttle was 40 minutes late and picked up 6 other people in 4 more locations in New York. The webpage said it would take 1 hour to the airport. It took as 2,5 hours! We arrived instead of 7 pm, how expected at 8.30 pm. And I'm sorry for all the other people in the shuttle that had to get off at the later terminals...they were probably 2 hours late. Uber or taxi are only 10-20 dollars more expensive for two people and offer a so much butter customer service! The driver had no clue where to pick up all the people in Manhatten and had to took up his tablet all the time and call the dispatcher 4 times. Never ever would I use this shuttle service again!
