I have been a customer of Diacom prestcom for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While the prices are reasonable, the quality of their products is not always consistent. There have been a few times where I received defective items, but their customer service was quick to resolve the issue. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
