I take the family doggie (Dottie) to see Jen for routine nail trimmings since she was a puppy. Jen has the best attitude and sweetest personality. Very hard working but her bedside manner speaks for itself. Please make sure that she is treated right bc good customer service is hard to come by, BUT impeccable service is damn near impossible these days.
