Start with the positive...the staff and atmosphere were very nice and friendly. The haircut was not what was expected nor did the stylist have the skill set to blend or fade a boys hair. The only option for to fade was a "1" guard, with nothing smaller... Just a 1 all around. The "hard part" cut in is about 1/2 inch in width and looks horrible, nor is it straight. The only saving grace is my kids hair grows fast so this travesty of a hair cut will soon be forgotten. I am sure adults have better experiences, kids..not so much.
