I've been using K3 CRM for a few months, and it's been a mixed experience so far. While the basic functionalities are good, I feel that the user interface can be improved for better usability. Some features require multiple clicks to access, and the overall design feels a bit outdated. On the positive side, the customer support team has been helpful in resolving the issues I encountered. With some enhancements to the user interface and more intuitive navigation, K3 CRM could be a great CRM solution.
