They should learn how to conduct interviews for experienced candidates. I went for full stack developer interview. They took 2 technical rounds and 1 manager round. Kept me waiting from morning 11 to evening 5'o clock. There was a lot of gap in between every rounds. In each round they used to ask same repeated questions. At the end of 3rd round I really got frustrated by their way of conducting the process and walked out.
