Beds are hard, pillows are terrible, no cleaning service unless you request it 24hrs in advance and only on the 3rd day of your stay. This means no clean towels and no trash service! At check-in I was told I would have cleaning service on the third day. When that didn t happen and I inquired about it, I was told I had to have requested it 24 hours in advance! Ridiculous! It was noise on the 1st floor. I have been in Lubbock five times in the last month and a half, and I usually stay at the Hawthorn suites by Wyndham. For some reason I booked La Quinta Inn by Wyndham, thinking they would be about the same. Wrong! I won t be back here again! I will definitely be back at Hawthorn Suites next trip!
