I am a CUSTOMER who recently used Scwitch for their services and I must say, I had an average experience. The website is user-friendly and the information provided was helpful. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very knowledgeable. Overall, my experience with Scwitch was just average.
