Been attempting to remove my PMI for about 4 month...

Been attempting to remove my PMI for about 4 months now. Every time I call it's 25+ minutes of their automated system taking me in circles until I find the narrow path that leads to an actual human being. Once I reach a human they then say I need to send in a message...which I had already done...and not gotten any response in the mail...for months. And the cycle continues while I'm paying $139/mo for something I shouldn't have anymore.
