I recently purchased a boat online. The experience with Boats Direct USA was good overall. The customer service team was responsive and helpful. However, I did encounter a few issues with the delivery process. Despite these minor setbacks, I am satisfied with the boat itself and would consider purchasing from Boats Direct USA again.
