I called them because the house flooded me every time it rained, a lady who answered me told me that they would pass the next day. As the next day they did not call me or call me and they told me that they were passing that day. The next day I did not bother to call A little later a manager called me to tell me that they did not pass through my neighborhood. Very attentive and grateful for the call but if the lady first told me they were not going to my house I would not have been angry with the company and I would have avoided a flood by looking for a company that would go through my neighborhood. Nothing in accordance with this company, and I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one.
