Outstanding. We re a family of four, with two young kids, and we all loved our stay. The lodge is set in a stunning spot, set back slightly from Awaroa beach, with a range of amazing walking tracks all around. We found there was plenty for the kids to do: feeding the tame eels, seeing gloworms, walking the tracks and exploring the beach. The food (including coffee) is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Great value for both accom and food. Will hopefully be back one day!
