I recently had the opportunity to visit Washington Nephrology Associates and I must say it was an average experience. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, but the waiting time was quite long. I had to wait for almost an hour before finally being seen by the doctor. Overall, the service was satisfactory but could definitely be improved.
