I had a pretty average experience with Sterling technologies - talent management. The website, sterlingteks.com, was easy to navigate and provided useful information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was just okay.
